  • Yes, we bring professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have preferred cleaning products, we are happy to use them upon request. However, for safety and liability reasons, we reserve the right to decline the use of any products that may be hazardous, improperly labeled, or could potentially cause damage or additional cost to our equipment or services.

  • Cleaning times depend on the size of the property, condition, and type of service requested. Most standard cleanings take between 2–4 hours.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise.
