On-Site Walk-Through Policy
All estimates may vary based on property condition and size. An on-site estimate may be required for final pricing.
Utility Requirements Policy
To ensure we can provide the highest quality service, clients must have working water and electricity available at the property prior to our arrival. Access to these utilities allows our team to properly perform cleaning tasks and maintain the standards we promise.
Weather / Natural Disaster Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters that may affect scheduling or service availability, we appreciate your understanding. Our team will communicate promptly regarding any necessary adjustments and work to reschedule services as soon as it is safe and possible.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Access to Property Policy
Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled time.
If we cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
Temperature Policy
To ensure a safe and productive working environment, we ask that the property's air conditioning be set between 70°F and 72°F prior to our arrival. Cleaning in excessively hot indoor conditions can create unsafe working environments and may lead to heat exhaustion or reduced service efficiency. Maintaining a comfortable temperature allows our team to perform cleaning tasks safely, efficiently, and to the high standard our clients expect. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service.
Cleaning Conditions Policy
Homes with excessive clutter, biohazards, pests, or unsafe conditions may require additional charges or may be declined.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods. For recurring or scheduled services, payment may be required on the day of service. Any additional services requested at the time of the appointment may result in added charges and will be communicated prior to completion whenever possible. Failure to provide payment upon completion of service may result in future services being declined until the balance is paid. We appreciate your prompt payment and thank you for choosing our services.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review the concern. Our team will gladly return to address any missed areas and ensure the service meets our quality standards. We are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality results and will work with you to make it right whenever possible.
Pets Policy
We love pets and understand they are an important part of your home. For the safety of both our team and your pets, we kindly ask that pets be secured or kept in a safe and controlled area during the time of service. This helps prevent stress to the animal and allows our team to clean efficiently without interruption. If pets are known to be aggressive or may interfere with the cleaning process, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Damage and Liability Policy
We treat every home and property with care and respect. If any damage occurs during our cleaning service, it must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. Geaux Clean & Green LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are fragile, improperly secured, or improperly installed. Clients are encouraged to notify us of any delicate or high-value items before the cleaning appointment. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unstable furniture, loose fixtures, improperly mounted items, or normal deterioration of materials. We reserve the right to decline cleaning items or areas that may pose a risk of damage or liability.
Photo Policy
To maintain quality, document completed work, and protect both our clients and our company, we may take photos of areas before and/or after cleaning services are performed. These photos are used strictly for documentation, training, and quality assurance purposes. We respect our clients’ privacy and will never photograph personal items, people, or sensitive information. Photos will not be shared publicly without the client’s permission. Any images used for marketing or promotional purposes will only be used with prior consent. By scheduling service with Geaux Clean & Green LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
